Our training programmes are designed for people running voluntary and community sector (VCS) organisations in Hackney. You can learn how to develop your organisation, to win more funding and become active in local decision making and delivering services.
We have a variety of training workshops on offer, below is information on:
- Our Thriving Third Sector training programme: Getting ready for presonalisation: Partnership working, Finance, marketing, project development - this will also help you prepare for the changes with personal budgets
- Journey to Success (J2S) LINK UP training: Bid writing, Governance, Influencing skills
- With Community Empowerment Network (CEN): Preparing to represent
- Funding workshops: Big Lottery Fund, Communitybuilders
- For people working with children and young people: Safeguarding, Common Assessment Framework
Thriving Third Sector training programme: Getting Ready for Personalisation
Our Thriving Third Sector training programme is funded by Hackney council and Big Lottery Fund and specifically designed to develop the funding and commissioning skills of people from Hackney's VCS groups. A list of our upcoming courses are below:
