NAVCA Quality Award
In May 2010, Hackney CVS was awarded the NAVCA Quality Award.
For the borough’s leading voluntary and community sector support agency, this award recognises the impact Hackney CVS has on the local sector. Every year we support hundreds of local community organisations to achieve more for their communities.
Hackney CVS helped Little Troll Productions set up in 2006 and since then they have won thousands of pounds of funding.
Ragga Gudmundsdottir of Little Troll Productions said:
‘You don’t get this type of targeted one-to-one support anywhere else. Before Hackney CVS I used to run into a lot of walls, here they give you a lot of information.’
