Hackney Council for Voluntary Service (HCVS) in partnership with other second tier agencies part of LinkUp (ChangeUp consortium) members in the borough is building up cohorts of voluntary and community sector (VCS) groups to help them win funding and develop their organisation.
The consultancy programme is called Journey to Success and provides intensive guided support over a 4-6 month period leading to achieving tangible outcomes and achievements for the participants. Training will be incorporated into the programme based on the group’s needs and development requirements.
This is a closed programme led by Kishore Kanani, Senior Organisation Development Officer and Marika Mason, a consultant working with HCVS to deliver this programme.

Free leadership training programme
We are running the folllowing training workshops which are open to all VCS groups, however priority does go to people who are on our Journey to Success programme.
You must book on the courses to be able to attend. If courses are full, you will be added to a waiting list, spaces will be offered to those on the waiting list four days working days before the course.
