REACHING SUCCESS: Community Network Award Winners 2010

		2010 is the year Hackney’s Community Empowerment Network launches REACHING SUCCESS: Community Network Awards. Thank you to everyone who took part in our REACHING SUCCESS Community Network Awards, which recognises the achievements of CEN community networks. The winners were announced at our CEN REACH conference on 23 March.
