The Community Empowerment Network (CEN) regularly recruits people from across the voluntary and community sector (VCS) to stand as CEN reps at Team Hackney – the key decision making partnership which shapes policy, service delivery and some commissioning in the borough. 

CEN reps are recruited either through their membership to one of Hackney's many community networks, the views of which they represent at Team Hackney or through Team Hackney and the CEN.   Find out about Hackney's community networks here
