J2S: Legal structures

Gain a clearer understanding of the legal structures available that will allow your organisation to fulfil its aims. You will also understand more about the funding and finance landscape and how legal structures can impact on this. You will also gain a clearer understanding of creating a
strategy for financial sustainability.

 

Over the one day you will cover:

 

  • Creating a funding strategy
  • A review of the spectrum of finance and funding available
  • Creating sustainability
  • A review of legal structures within the social economy
  • What are the advantages and disadvantages?
  • How easily can they be formed?
  • What is the cost in terms of time and financial resources in maintaining them?
  • How does the legal structure impact on the funding available?
  • What happens if things go wrong?
  • Availability of funding and finance sources.

Who can attend: This workshop is open to all, however priority does go to people who are on our Journey to Success programme.  You must book on the courses to be able to attend.
