At the end of the course, you will:
-
have an overview of the six areas of expertise described in the Common Core
-
understand how you can use this through the development of job descriptions and appraisals to support development of a skilled, professional and integrated children & young people’s workforce.
who is this for: People who manage staff and volunteers and those responsible for training and development within Hackney’s children and young people’s third sector.
