Working with children, young people or vulnerable adults?

Photograph of Inner City Outer Space playgroup

Did you know that it is a legal requirement that individuals working directly with children and young people and vulnerable adults need to be CRB checked? For example, if you are to work as a teacher, care worker, scout & guide leader, registered childminder, sports coach, youth club worker, foster carer or adoptive parent.

HCVS is a registered umbrella body with the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) which means we can process Disclosure checks on your behalf.  If you are not sure whether you or other individuals within your organisation require a CRB check, please contact us below.
