Who we are

Hands Inc. is a not for profit organisation that was established in 2001. Two complementary therapists, Eileen Bellot and Rebecca Bruce came together recognising there was a gap in provision for complementary therapies amongst disadvantaged groups.

Our work at Hands Inc. has since broadened to raising awareness of the intrinsic benefits of complementary health solutions to the wider community because healthy people create a healthy society.

Our aims at Hands Inc. are to:

  • Tackle health inequalities by improving access to holistic health solutions

  • Empower individuals, groups and organisations to take proactive and sustainable steps towards a healthy constitution

  • Raise awareness and encourage debate about holistic health solutions and their intrinsic benefits

  • Forge collaborative partnerships with other professionals and organisations to create broader and integrated health solution options

  • Deliver a quality standard of care by constantly evaluating and monitoring our services, along with ensuring therapists and facilitators are professionally qualified, insured and affiliated to a governing body
