Results of the HCVS User Survey 2009

“HCVS has been very good in supporting us from the beginning of [our centre] since 1997, they have helped us to continue to run our centre very successful through making successful grant applications, training, etc. Thanks a BILLION!!!”

In our drive to continually improve the service we offer our users, HCVS conducted a User Survey between 15 April and 29 May 2009.

Organised into five sections, we asked you to give us your views on your experience of HCVS, our image and reputation, the COMPACT and how HCVS communicates with its users. We also asked you about the Community Empowerment Network (CEN) which is based at HCVS and community networks in Hackney.

Overall, you scored all our services positively with advice surgeries, communications and grants coming out on top. We received twice the amount of positive comments as negative comments largely around our friendly, helpful, professional and hardworking staff, grants, training and information.

Thank you to everyone who took part, the winner of the digital camera will be notified shortly!
